There has been a lot of 'goal' talk for the past few days. Everyone seems ready to make some jumps for this summer.
I encourage you all to really look at how you can add more healthy activities into your daily life. Maybe its something you can bring to your family and friends? How often do you take your car if you can walk? Are you rushing through meals?
Let me know what you're up to and what changes you would like to see.
Also as the weather gets better and better we will be having more and more wods outside. Nothing like being "jacked and tan".
