The run was a bitch of course, but I am happy overall with my time. If I wasn't so sore today I probably could have shaved a couple of minutes off of my previous time.

Burpee Pullups modified with box. They take longer that way :(

18-15-15-skip-7 got to skip the fourth round cause I matched the 2nd and 3rd.

Kemper Hill in 9 minutes...117- 33,29,27,17,11 burpee pull ups...first 10 burpee pull ups high bar...rest on short bar with some jump assists...alot of jumps.

I want to do the kemper hill run. I think I might get cancelled from work tomorrow at which they will be calling me at 5am so if so I will get up and got to CF. But my arms are so sore from yesterday. Sad, I know.
