This one looks like another good work out.. Yesterday my back was shot and I woke up and I could not move... BUT i made it to the 6:30 pm class today and man that was THE HARDEST CROSSFIT WORK OUT YET!!! I might take tomorrow off but I dont know yet...........

For Thursday...I was 17:35 with the lighter weight (10 lb. under RX) due to it being my normal off day and competing on Saturday in the.... International Semi-Final Lu Lu Lemon La Jolla Invitational.

Okay...not semi finals and just an Invitational for fun!

My time was 34 minutes and 24 seconds....

The pull ups and the ball slams KILLED me especially when I got to 50 and realized I had another 50 to go so mentally I was broken...

resting all day so that i can rip it tomorrow morning.... todays work out looked like fun... 400m backwards!!!

I still haven't mastered it forward!
