My old deadlift 1repmax was 215. Did this workout today at 225. It was hard, but I was happy with my results.

21:24 I think. With Mod everything. Thats what I get for not coming like i used to.

I was 18: something but did mod jump ropes at 125 and mod hand stand push ups on the box after 8 regular....definetly more carido since I'd still be struggling to do the handstand push ups as I write this regular style!

Good job guys! I missed u this morning but did this one at night. 22:55 at 155# for deadlifts and mod pushups using the box and 125 single jump ropes. The first round I thought I would be a bad ass an use 185#. Made it but dropped to the 155 for round 2 thru 6. This was really fun and a great workout!!
