12:25....light weight 95 lbs. focused on form (keeping arms forward and bar back on collar bone) and getting my butt down on the medicine ball.

Squats are imrpoving across the board. Michael really big improvement on form, Audrey fantastic depth, Monique too, and Matt always exceptional.

my wrists are not flexible enough just yet.. running is still a challenge but the good news is I am finishing all rounds 100% and Im not cheating like I used to... lol

any kick ass hard core balls to the wall cross fit ab workouts?
