That's because you were doing good form! I don't have that problem yet....but soon.
I did 8 rounds mod. push ups and 3 jumping pull ups at the end.
my last 3 rounds of push ups were normal instead of hand stand and pretty much all my pull ups after second round was jumping...due to wanting to baby my left arm which has been pulled the last week or so.
So its my 5th class in two weeks.. I rolled today and the entire class was rolling and as bad as my cardio is in general I was able to out condition some of my normal training partners.. they were like WTF... and I was like come on guys lets worl....it was crazy.. and I was way stronger then everyone... Starting to really believe in this cross fit stuff... I just hope I dont over train now cause I plan on taking 6 days on one day off... lol... see you all tomorrow!!!!

My legs feel bruised from the 135lb cleans yesterday.

Damn birthday parties.... too many! NO MORE for at least a few weeks.

My friend goes to crossfit charles gracie in reno and they did a wod called GI Jane? 100 burpee pullups for time. lets try that one

You must have missed our burpee pull-up workout...
5-4-3-2-1 w/ 1 min rest...usually you get between 100 and 140
