For time:
50 Ring Dips
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Time to look back at your goals! Where are you? Whats working? And what isn't?
I know some of you guys are reaching new goals every week! What are you doing right? What can you still improve on?
Some of you guys are losing momentum. Guess what? It happens, nothings wrong. Remember, everyday is a new day to set a goal, make a commitment, and get your butt in gear. Consistency is key!

It makes a huge difference with the group when everyone is there working together! We miss you when you don't make it! Crossfit is about community!

Arms... arms... and more arms!! I am already having trouble getting dressed Susannah. By Wednesday I will be forced to walk around naked!! :p

I MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

I am still alive just getting my butt kicked by work. I will be at the gym tomorrow but might not be there for CF. I only have one day off. This sucks. I definitely need to reevaluate my goals because of my inconsistency. Hopefully I will get a routine down soon.

25 minutes ....ring dips & handstand push ups were a killer!!! ugh.

22:05 with mods. By far the hardest for me today was the handstand push ups.
