5 - Strict Pull Ups (weighted if possible)
10 - Weighted Pushups (plate on back as heavy as possible)
15 - Weighted Lunges (12/20)
10 Rounds for "time"
Note: This workout is meant to be completed with strict reps, time is not as important. Grab Dumbbells from upstairs for the weighted pullups. Beginners can try to use less rounds and less weight. Good luck!
